This condo features an open concept fully equipped eat in kitchen and living room. The living room has a flat screen television with DVD player. You will be able to cozy up by the gas fireplace on cooler nights. The living area is also furnished with a hide a bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a television and a full ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and has access to the main bathroom. A stackable washer/dryer is found in this bathroom.

The south facing walkout patio offers amazing lake views and is furnished with private BBQ and patio furniture. Green space can be accessed right from here which is a great feature for kids.

Guests staying at Heron Point will have full access to the fitness room and hot tub open year round and to the heated pool during the summer months. This is by far the best pool in Invermere with lots of seating to sunbathe and amazing views over the lake.

Heron Point is the most beautiful complex in Invermere with a remarkable lobby and even a 2nd floor lounge/patio should you need some time to yourself outside of the condo.

Kinsmen Beach is found just down the road. This Invermere hot spot has a kids Splash & Spray Park, beach volleyball and a well laid out park for kids. In the summer months, enjoy the water slides and swimmers dock which are located on the lake and in the winter months, enjoy pond hockey, skating and/or cross country skiing at this location.
