No Exclusivity Required
Renting through OKChalets means you’re able to list your property with as many companies as you want or use it yourself - just update us when you have bookings so we don’t step on each other’s toes. It’s that simple!
- We have no set up fees. We’re commission based. If we don’t rent it, it doesn’t cost you anything.
- We load your property on our website for you.
- We have full time reservation specialists working 7 days a week.
- We actively advertise & market your rental property on our websites.
- We do the work and process all your bookings for you.
- We protect your property with client terms & conditions and damage deposits.
- We market to families and mature adults over 25 years of age.
- We provide tips on making your property more marketable.
- We help set the rates to ensure you are receiving fair market value.
What we charge
We charge a 20% commission for our services. While our commission does not include cleaning, we can work directly with your cleaner/caretaker to keep them organized prior to any of our arrivals.
