Kookaburra Lodge 207 is a stylish and modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located just across the street from the main village on one side and across from the Sun Peaks Sports Center on the other. With a great view of Sundance Mountain from the comfort of your living room, you can daydream about what runs you're going to hit next while relaxing in front of the fireplace.
This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofabed in the living room, making it ideal for a small family, a romantic couple's getaway, or even a solo traveler!
The bathroom features a steam shower for an added level of luxury so after a day of adventure you can come back to your home-away-from-home and treat yourself.
The Kookaburra Lodge is located just across the street from the top of the main village and overlooks the Sun Peaks Sports Complex on the front side of the building, and McGillivray Creek on the back side. Either way, you'll have a great view!
The Sports Complex features an outdoor skating rink in the winter (used as a ball hockey/basketball court in the summer), tennis courts, and an outdoor swimming pool in the summer months.
The ground floor of this building features Voyageur Bistro, noted for it's traditional Canadian cuisine, the Sun Peaks Spa, and Black Beaver Athletics.
By simply crossing the street you'll be in the main village, able to enjoy the rest of the shops and restaurants Sun Peaks has to offer, as well as the Village Day Lodge and the main ski lifts!
The Kookaburra Lodge features an elevator and staircase to each floor for easy access, has an underground garage for secure parking, and features a separatae room for ski/board storage.
Special Note: This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $50+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 1 small-to-medium sized dog.
