Trappers Crossing is a located at 5350 Big White Road a very central location for Big Whites village center, easy access to Perfection ski run which leads down to the Snow Ghost, Ridge Rocket and Village Plaza Chairs. From the the street level the are a set of stairs leading to the front door and ski locker located to the left hand side. The hallway way has heated ceramic tile flooring, bench, closet for coats and carpet stairs leading up to second level with second bedroom, main bathroom and third bedroom. A passage leads to the kitchen, dining and living area and to the left is first bedroom and main bathroom.

Main living room floor has the first bedroom which overlooks the street, it contains a queen bed, two bedside tables and lamps, built in closet, dresser and cabinet with TV with Telus Optik cable TV. Adjacent to this bedroom is a shared bathroom with bath tub with shower over head, built in basin and toilet. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The compact kitchen granite counter tops, a large fridge freezer with chilled water and ice maker, electric stove, microwave, cabinets with all the essential. A central granite topped island has seating for two at a breakfast bar. A window over looks the hot tub, so mom can oversee the children while she cooks. A solid wood dining table and six dining chairs with a central pendant light is positioned in front of breakfast bar. The oversized fabric three seater couch, two arm chairs are set around the slate clad fireplace with 50” wall mounted TV with Telus Optik cable TV. A door leads to the balcony with secluded private five seater hot tub. The balcony faces south and has great views of the Monashee Mountain ranges.

Second bedroom over looking the street has a queen bed, two bedside tables and lamps, built in closet and dresser. Adjacent to this is the second bathroom with shower, built in basin, toilet and laundry area with separate washing machine and dryer. The third bedroom has a single over single bunk bed and two single beds, two bedside table and lamps, built in closet a 42” flat screen TV with Telus Optik cable TV. A high window with no window covering floods this room with natural light. The top floor and stairs are carpeted apart the bathroom which covered in ceramic tile and in floor heating.

**The vacation rental home comes with parking for one in a heated garage, all other cars will need to park at the Happy Valley long term parking, parking tickets can be purchased at the Happy Valley Lodge rental counter or they can be purchased from Central Mountain Check in.
