This 3 bedroom timber-framed Panorama luxury home is loaded with amenities! The main floor features a vaulted ceiling with exposed timber beams. The fully equipped kitchen has breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and a wood burning pizza oven! The living area is accented by an amazing soap stone fireplace and parlor piano.
The dining room has seating for 10 and offers amazing views from the wrap-around picture windows. A large south facing deck with BBQ can be accessed off the living area. Access to the sauna and hot tub is off the main floor. The second floor has an exposed catwalk overlooking the main living area. All three bedrooms have queen size beds with shared ensuites. There is also a den area with bunk beds and a games room complete with pool table and dart board.
Special Note: Pet Fee: $25 per night, or $100 for 4 night stays or longer.
All registered occupants, staying in this property, must be a minimum of 30 years of age. An Arrival Registration Form must be signed with the names and ages of registered occupants and returned prior to the guests checking in. Please Note: The minimum age requirement is for adult groups only (i.e. families are an exception.)
In the event of a noise complaint, the registered guest will be charged $500 for the required response to the call. If the first warning is not adhered to, there will be an immediate eviction without refund.
